The Role

The role of an account manager at Total Computers is to build and maintain a solid customer base of mid-market and enterprise accounts from a home-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure individual targets are achieved on a monthly basis
  • Identify and generate new prospects
  • Maintain existing customers
  • Sell and promote the businesses full portfolio and services
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Attend regular technology training sessions
  • Build and maintain strategic account plan
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required, which are deemed necessary to assist with the needs of the company

Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a customer facing sales role in the IT industry
  • A proven IT Background
  • Ambitious and Self-motivated
  • Capable of managing own time and workload
  • Develop and Close Business Opportunities confidently
  • Full understanding of products, market trends, prices, supplier discounts, services & solutions
