Responsibilities
Ensure individual targets are achieved on a monthly basis
Identify and generate new prospects
Maintain existing customers
Sell and promote the businesses full portfolio and services
Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Attend regular technology training sessions
Build and maintain strategic account plan
Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required, which are deemed necessary to assist with the needs of the company
Skills & Experience
2-3 years’ experience in a customer facing sales role in the IT industry
A proven IT Background
Ambitious and Self-motivated
Capable of managing own time and workload
Develop and Close Business Opportunities confidently
Full understanding of products, market trends, prices, supplier discounts, services & solutions
Attributes
Driven to achieve with a positive mental attitude
Good communication skills, to be clear & concise (listening, persuasive, presentation)
Courage to address and resolve issues
Flexible approach to business requirements
