Hireforce needed to improve the stability of its IT infrastructure and
chose Total to transform IT and provide ongoing management
and support. Total created a safe and secure environment within
Microsoft Azure, moved applications and data there, migrated
desktops to Azure Virtual Desktop to improve end-user computing,
and implemented Microsoft Endpoint Manager to provide centralised
device management. Total takes day-to-day care of the management
and support enabling Hireforce to focus on what it does best.

HireForce needed the ability to support a number of teams in different locations. They need stable IT with
remote support. HireForce had been working with an IT
service provider for several years, using a
smaller cloud data centre for hosting. Whilst
day-to-day support was good, the hosting
environment had proved unstable.


Total proposed moving the cloud hosting to Microsoft Azure, providing a stable, resilient, and recoverable cloud infrastructure, and desktops to Azure Virtual Desktop with an ongoing service to manage it and provide user support.


HireForce now has a stable infrastructure underpinned by Microsoft Azure’s guarantee of at least 99.95% uptime, with data
backed-up and restorable should the need ever arise.
