Solution
To address the issue of maintenance of the printers, Total went to visit Turners and put a proposal together. Providing HP Managed Print Services for seven printers in accounts, it made Turners printing easier, reliable and cost efficient, saving over £100k in three years. With a smooth transition to HP, it worked effectively for their company and didn't disrupt their operations.
Outcome
After the first contract went live for 12 months, Turners decided to add more printers to the service and added on three years to their contract. Total supplied a variety of kit to Turners including servers and storage, Sophos security, consultancy and print supplies.

Printing is really important to us, because we are a 24/7 operation. If printing is down, labels wont be printing, dispatch notes won't be going out and obviously, down time cost money to us as a company.
