Audley Travel is a growing specialist provider of tailor-made holidays. They needed to be able to deliver a bespoke software application to over a hundred staff members at new offices in the UK and the USA. Total implemented Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 and a NetScaler VPX to deliver applications and data to Audley’s remote users and provide second and third-line Citrix support.

Audley Travel needed to create and deliver a bespoke software application to over a hundred new staff members. This involved rolling out new technology and infrastructure within their business which Audley needed support with.

In theory, this is a simple process but when you dive deeper into the complexities of the task it can seem overwhelming. Total managed to bring the right people to the task and worked with Audley Travel to implement new systems, helping them with onboard 100 new staff members over two sites.
