Customer Centre & Juice increase customer service options

Following a successful period of beta testing Total Computers is now making its Customer Centre and online procurement site Juice available to all its customers.

The Customer Centre offers customers the convenience of direct access to account information, whenever they want. It provides secure, account-specific access to Total’s backend systems: to view the status of current orders, review quotations, back orders and financial statements, print copy invoices and log support calls.

Juice, Total’s online procurement site, provides easy access to a catalogue of over 60,000 products (customisable so internal users see only the products you want them to) with detailed specifications, bespoke pricing and live stock information combined with the ability to order for same day dispatch.

“Customer input has been a great help to us during the development and testing process and has helped make these tools as customer-centric as possible,” explains Kieran O’Connor, Sales Director, Total Computers. He continues, “for example, Juice enables customers to easily search and order and does so in fewer clicks than any competitor site.”

Kieran adds, “the personal account manager relationship remains at the core of the Total approach to business, but with the Customer Centre and Juice we’re giving customers the option of working with us in other ways as well.”
