Total has, for the third time, been ranked as one of the UK’s fastest growing private companies in the Investec Mid-Market 100.
The Mid-Market 100 is produced by specialist bank and asset manager Investec in conjunction with The Times, and ranks the UK’s fastest growing mid-market private companies by turnover growth over the previous four years.
The third issue of the index was released yesterday ranking Total thirty-eighth, with an average growth rate of 38.5%. This is the third time Total has been included in the Investec Mid-Market 100.
James Hurley, Enterprise Editor of The Times, describes the Mid-Market 100’s constituent companies as “the cream of a crop of 24,000 medium-sized businesses in Britain that represent more than £1 trillion of turnover and 25 per cent of private sector employment.”
“Inclusion in the Investec Mid-Market 100 demonstrates constant and controlled growth over a four year period and is the result of consistently delivering customer satisfaction,” comments Aidan Groom, Joint Managing Director at Total. “While we’re delighted to be listed again, this sort of accolade really is as much about our staff, the service they deliver and the customers we serve as it is about Total. I’d like to thank them all for the part they’ve played in our continued success.”
