Total has been selected by Motorola as one of two initial spearhead partners in the UK, for the new Motorola Enterprise Partner Programme. The new programme coincides with the launch of a range of smartphones with strong appeal to the business market.

Motorola, acquired by Lenovo in 2014, sees the business market as key to its growth strategy. Its new G Series of smartphones was developed with the public sector and corporate buyer in mind.

“We’re seeing more and more organisations wanting to separate acquisition of their mobile tariff and mobile device,” explains Total’s Alliances Director, Simon Ashall. “Motorola’s range offers excellent functionality at a very attractive price and the new partner programme gives us and our customers great support from a highly respected manufacturer.”

“Total is highly thought of by customers across the public sector and commercial markets, and as a long-established Lenovo partner we know they’re trustworthy and reliable,” comments Miles Norman, General Manager for MBG (Motorola) UK & Ireland.

The Motorola G Series is a range of Android smartphones incorporating ‘ThinkShield for mobile’. Derived from Lenovo’s well-established ThinkShield technology, this provides in-built business grade security, along with easy deployment and management.

The G30, which is expected to have strong appeal within the public sector owing to its very attractive price, has already launched with the higher specification G100 launching later this month.

As a Motorola Enterprise Partner, Total can provide customers with competitive pricing and access to in-demand lines, extended product roadmap information and demo units.
