Total has been promoted to HP Platinum Partner status, making Total one of a small number of HP Inc Platinum Partners for Business Personal Systems in the UK and Ireland.
“Total’s elevation from Gold to Platinum Partner status demonstrates the effort and great results that our business partnership has achieved together over the past few years,” explains Neil Sawyer, Commercial Channel Director, UK and Ireland, HP Inc. He continues, “for me, Total Computers are the case study of what channel partnership is all about: we are growing significantly together, we are achieving high levels of customer satisfaction on important projects and we have excellent working relationships across our sales, marketing and leadership teams.”

HP Inc works with several thousand resellers in the UK and Ireland. Its partner programme recognises partners’ expertise through ‘specialisations’ and success through a tiered system of accreditation, which includes Silver, Gold and Platinum levels.
Total has attained specialisations in Imaging and Printing, Managed Print, Mobility, Personal Systems (ie desktops, laptops and tablets) and Workstations.
Total was elevated from a Silver to a Gold Partner in November 2016 and now is one of a very small handful of Inc Platinum Partners in the UK.
