Total Computers today announced completion of a successful move to a new head office and centre of operations in Kettering. Prompted by Total’s continued, year-on-year growth the new premises will support the Company’s planned growth as well as delivering operational benefits.
Total has moved its head office from Kettering Venture Park to a new centre of operations at Newspaper House, Rothwell Road, Kettering, NN15 8GA, and is urging its customers and partners to update their records accordingly (the warehouse location remains unchanged).
“We last increased head office space in 2013 and in that time our turnover has more than doubled, with headcount not far behind that,” comments Aidan Groom, Managing Director of Total.
The move is the culmination of a year-long project that is expected to benefit Total, its customers and its partners.
“It provides the space to support our continued growth, with 40% more productive space for a relatively modest rent increase,” adds Aidan Groom. “Over the last few years we’ve built a successful managed services operation, that clearly has strong customer appeal, and I expect this to more than double in size during the next year.”
“The move has also given us the opportunity to take an almost blank sheet of paper approach to the layout and I expect the resultant design to deliver countless, small operational benefits, as well as providing us with a facility at which we can host both customer and partner events,” notes Aidan Groom.
Once the offices of a local newspaper publisher, the premises have been re-designed to provide Total with high-specification, purpose-configured office space.
