Total’s Cisco Maintenance and Support service provides all the benefits of Cisco SMARTnet support along with several service enhancements and at around 40% less cost.

Total’s service provides you with ready access to a Cisco certified engineer, wherever you are in the country, with local stocks of replacement parts, to enable hardware failures to be resolved in a timely fashion.

All Cisco products are covered, including many ‘end of life’ products no longer eligible for direct vendor support.  

With Total’s Cisco Maintenance and Support you benefit from:

  • one number to call for any issue with Cisco hardware or software
  • a UK service desk always staffed by a minimum of seven Cisco certified engineers
  • a service tailored to your needs
  • pick and mix choice of response/fix times
  • ‘response’ defined as engineer to site (exceeding SMARTnet’s phone call response)
  • remote control for rapid assessment and/or resolution
  • cover available up to 24 hours a day, every day
  • nationwide (+international) coverage
  • engineers certified to a minimum of CCNE (Cisco Certified Network Engineer) supported by senior technical consultants.

What Total do

Total provides hardware break-fix and software support for Cisco devices.

The service is delivered to an agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) that is tailored to reflect your requirements:

  • operating during normal business hours (09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday excluding public holidays) up to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • with guaranteed response or fix times of 4 hours, 8 hours or next business day
  • throughout the UK (with cover also available for European satellite locations).
