Total makes use of the sophisticated access controls within its business management system to allow approved users secure access to details of their employing organisation’s account (and only this account).
Each account has a lead contact (usually the individual within your organisation that owns the operational relationship with Total). For your security, Customer Centre users will only be set-up with the authorisation of the lead contact.
Total can also create customised reports for specified users enabling them to track trends in expenditure, products purchased and bonded stock levels.
To access the Customer Centre you must be an active customer of Total Computers.
