First Line Support Engineer

As a first line engineer, you’ll be responsible for responding to customer’s IT issues, identifying the problem, and ensuring that we resolve it.

The role offers progression into second line support, and from there development opportunities into third line and consultancy, team leadership, or service management. 

Do you have?

  • 6 months+ IT experience
  • A friendly, helpful, and patient nature
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • (Desirable) A foundation level IT qualification, eg Microsoft or CompTIA.
