Total Computers Founded

Starting out with a simple vision, to deliver computer solutions with a fresh, open and relaxed approach. Trusted, Respected, United and Empowered, Team Total is Born.

2010

Reseller of the Year

Within our first 7 years, we turn over £13 million and win CRN Mid-Market reseller of the year. An industry award based upon outstanding customer service, rapid growth and visionary technology offerings.

2012

Winning During Challenging Times

Double-digit sales hike on the back of a surge in consolidation projects from mid-market customers. A little over £20m during the worst recessionary period since the 1930s representing 22% growth during challenging times.

2013

A Decade Done

A fantastic year for Total growing both in size and sales. We reached an important milestone of a decade in business and could not have been achieved without the loyalty of our customers, the support of our partners and the hard work of everyone here at Team Total. Thank You.

2014

Making Strategic Moves

We make the conscious decision to focus on our services business, enabling greater customer success through consultancy and technical skills investment.

2016

Services Growth Continues

Scaling way beyond product sales now, recognition for our continued investments in technical expertise and sales overlay skills. Adding more and more value to our growing and loyal customer base.

2017

Century Milestone

We now have over 100 members of staff, a £66 million turnover and to top off another fantastic year of sales growth and customer satisfaction we are finalists in the prestigious IT channel CRN Reseller of the year award

2019

Cloud Investments Continue

Cloud services extend to data management, hybrid and multi-cloud. Our long standing relationships with our digital transformation partners ensures continued success in platform services and cloud migration solutions.

2021

Approaching £100m Milestone

Long term investment in services and consultancy-led business and longer sales cycles lead to bigger deals. Winning predictable contractual business through a prolonged focus on service delivery drives growth.

2022

OverBright Acquisition

Revenues are north of £90m with headcount growing to 240. We acquire digital transformation and cloud services business OverBright. The acquisition accelerates our strategy of focusing growth on IT solutions and services, adding enterprise technical skills and over £5m of services revenues.

2024

Total acquired by boxxe

boxxe has acquired Total Computers, creating one of the UK’s largest providers of software, solutions and services to both the public and private sector. Clients can expect a broader portfolio of offerings, ranging from the latest hardware solutions to bespoke software applications and a variety of IT services.
