Samsung today launched a new range of Windows notebooks aimed at the business user, and Total has been revealed as one of five UK Spearhead Partners.

The Samsung Galaxy Book series are new Windows Intel laptops that aim to maximise user productivity. The Samsung Galaxy Book, Samsung Galaxy Book Pro and Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 offer a choice of 13.3” or 15.6” displays, with RRPs starting at £799.

Alongside the launch of the Galaxy Book range, Total has been named as one of five UK Spearhead Partners.

“We’re thrilled to have had early involvement in Samsung’s re-entry into the business notebook market,” comments Total’s Alliances Director, Simon Ashall. “Samsung has already proved itself to be a stand-out provider of smartphones and tablets, it produces an impressive range of Chromebooks and is now adding Windows notebooks to complete the picture.”

“With hybrid working – combining home, office and other locations – set to become the norm, we can see that stylish, lightweight, wi-fi plus 4/5G devices, with very long battery life, will be of interest to many customers, and especially those in small and mid-sized organisations,” explains Simon.

“Total has provided us with invaluable help in the run up to the Galaxy Book launch, and over the years has repeatedly shown itself to have the knowledge and understanding to add real value to both Samsung and its customers – what’s more they’re a great bunch of people to work with,” comments Paul Lowman, Head of B2B Indirect Sales in the UK, at Samsung.

As a Spearhead Partner, Total’s account managers have received early product training, and are able to provide customers with detailed product information, quotations and loan units.
