Senior Account Manager

You’ll be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of accounts, building strong, multi-level customer relationships, ensuring they understand Total’s services and solutions, and coordinating with colleagues to ensure that we meet your customers’ needs.

Do you have?

  • Proven IT sales experience
  • The aptitude to turn prospects into valued customers (and with a high conversion rate)
  • A good understanding of the IT industry, products, and services
  • Well-developed organisation and workload management skills
