Total has been recognised by HP as one of its Power Services partners in its new partner programme. The new HP scheme emphasises partners’ capabilities through ‘specilaizations’, with Total already recognised in three key areas, and Total has also been confirmed at the highest, Power Services level.

HP Inc has restructured its partner programme to reflect changing customer and market needs – replacing its Platinum, Gold and Silver partner hierarchy with a programme that also identifies partners’ ‘specializations’. The specializations include key product areas, such as personal systems, workstations and print, as well as sectors, with ‘coming soon’ specializations for Education and Healthcare.

“We’re delighted to be one of just a small number of Power Services partners” explains Simon Ashall, Alliances Director at Total. “As a Power Services partner we’ll continue to work closely with HP, providing customers with both HP products and HP services,” adds Simon.

Total was a HP Partner First Platinum Partner, the highest level of the previous scheme, and enters the new Amplify Programme as a Power Services Partner with PS (Personal Systems) Lifecycle Services, Print Lifecycle Services and Workstations Business specilaizations already in place.

“Total is a long-standing partner to HP, and we have delivered many sizeable and important projects together. Total is one of just a small number of partners who we classify as a Power Services partner – ensuring we continue with our joint capability to deliver amazing customer outcomes in Device-as-a-Service, Managed Print and End User Computing solutions projects,” comments, Neil Sawyer, Channel Director UK&I, HP Inc.
